This stunning townhouse is brand new and kitted out with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay and a home-from-home feel.
LOCATION:
With such a fantastic location there’s no need to get taxis anywhere. The whole city centre is accessible by foot and we're only a five minute walk from Piccadilly Station.
PARKING:
We have one free parking space on our driveway and there’s more paid parking 2 minutes walk away which is £6.50 a day.
4 x SPACIOUS BEDROOMS:
all bedrooms have brand new comfy beds with fresh linen and towels for each guest. There’s also plenty of storage for those staying for longer
LIVING ROOM:
There’s loads to do in the city but when it’s time to relax there’s no better place than in our living room. Sit back and relax on a sofa and enjoy live TV or complimentarily Netflix and chill. Our WIFI is 70mbps superfast fibre so you’ll have no issues streaming on all your devices.
KITCHEN:
the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect in a family home including blender & cafetière. Cosy night in but don’t want to cook? Order anything you want from Deliveroo and get it delivered to your door.
UTILITY ROOM:
You’ll find an extra sink & washer / dryer machine. We’ll also leave a cot here for families
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
for convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee.
Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.
Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.
