The master bedroom is beautiful and cozy, is equipped with 2 single beds, desk, smart TV, space to store clothes and fireplace, the second, has two single beds, desk and space for clothes. The apartment has a small but fully equipped bathroom with everything you need to relax, a shower and toilet.
It also has a separate kitchen and the living room has a comfortable sofa bed and dining area for 4 people.
From this point you can discover a few minutes walk everything related to the old Madrid, you will have at your feet many stores, bars, restaurants and emblematic streets with the best of Madrid's culture. Thanks to this central location, it is possible to walk to the most emblematic places in Madrid such as the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral, Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía or the Sabatini Gardens, but if you like different plans, you will also find the Arab baths just five minutes away.
And as if that were not enough, you will be surrounded by bus and subway stations that will communicate you with the whole city.
Perfectly communicated with the main points of the city. A few steps away you will have the Sol Metro Station (Lines 1, 2 and 3) that will connect you to all parts of the city or several nearby bus stations that will take you in a few minutes to the main points of interest. In addition, the city has bicycle, skateboard, electric carts and scooter rental services.

Please note that for reservations of 28 nights or more:

1. You will need to sign a rental contract.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once invoices are available. Internet is free of charge for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will be charged an additional administrative service fee of 150 EUR.

The property has an electronic lock so you can enter at any time without additional charge.
