The full bathroom with walk-in shower ensures a quick and rejuvenating shower experience so you can start your day off right or relax after an exciting day exploring the city.
For those warm days, the air conditioning will be at your disposal to maintain a pleasant temperature inside the house. In addition, you will find a flat screen television to enjoy your favorite programs or to relax watching a movie.

The neighborhood
The Ríos Rosas neighborhood in Madrid is a charming and dynamic residential area located in the Chamberí district. With a privileged location near Calle José Abascal, this neighborhood offers a perfect mix of tradition and modernity, with a large number of leisure, cultural and gastronomic options to enjoy.
As for leisure areas, you will find various parks and squares to relax and enjoy the outdoors, such as Parque de Santander and Plaza de Chamberí. If you prefer cultural activities, there are museums and cultural spaces close to the house, such as the Sorolla Museum and the Espacio Fundación Telefónica, where you can enjoy exhibitions and quality cultural events.
