Identical inside and out, these spacious villas are located right next to the Louis Althea Beach Hotel, where you have full use of all the facilities on offer, from the gym to the spa, the swimming pools to the tennis court. As an added bonus, this villa also comes with a complimentary welcome pack on arrival which includes cold beverages and a fresh fruit basket, soft pool towels, bathrobes and cosy slippers. The treats don't stop there, you'll also get a daily replenishment of all tea and coffee facilities, an afternoon treat delivered six times a week, porter service upon arrival and even a goodbye gift to Thank You for your stay. For that extra sparkle, your villa will also get a clean six times a week, with fresh linen and towels three times a week.
Located less than a 1-minute walk to the nearby restaurant and Kalamie Beach, these stunning villas are ideal for those that don't want to hire a car. With its bustling high street, Pernera is ideal for groups of friends and families who are looking to stay entertained on their holiday in the sun. With three bedrooms, these villas are the ideal size for smaller groups. The ground floor consists of an open-plan kitchen and living room, and a small guest toilet. Whilst the first-floor is where we find the three bedrooms, one master double with an ensuite and two twin rooms sharing a separate shower room. These blue and white bedrooms are modern, airy and made comfortable for your stay.
Outside is where you'll spend most of your time, soaking up the rays in style by the glistening pool. Padded sun loungers surround the pool, whilst a shaded spot for alfresco dining sits by the sliding patio doors leading into the kitchen. For walks, there's a beautiful boardwalk in front of the villas, 6km long all along the Protaras coastline, ideal for jogging or afternoon walks.
