If you use the Waze or Maps app (on your iPhone) the app is up to date and will take you to the right website using the address described in the ad.
Correct address is "Praceta João Lopes Perestrelo" n. 1, Fracção S1, 3 Esq. It is located in Praia de Santa Cruz, Silveira, municipality of Torres Vedras, Lisbon district.

If you use Google Maps, the address is out of date and you should alternatively enter the following address:
"Rua Parque Municipal, Silveira"

Building number is 1, fraction S1

Note:
Please make sure if your trying to insert address on the app by hand, make sure it doesn't go to "Rua "João Lopes Perestrelo- That will send you to incorrect address. Correct address is "Praceta" João Lopes Perestrelo and not "Rua" (or street). It is located in Praia de Santa Cruz, Silveira, municipality of Torres Vedras, Lisbon district.

From Torres Vedras, follow national road 9, towards Santa Cruz. Turn left and you will pass the Santa Cruz airfield. Go further down, about 200 meters to the roundabout (Minipreço will be on your left). At the roundabout, take the first right, then take first right again and finally take the first left, you will find the square João Lopes Perestrelo, indicated on the sign. The apartment is above the Santa Cruz Games Park.

Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor (left side), without an elevator.
