The villa with trulli and pool is fully fenced and equipped with automatic gate and alarm system. In the garden there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, parking space, outdoor shower serving the pool and solarium.
The accessories present are air conditioning and heating, washing machine, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV and mosquito nets, kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Pets allowed.

The trulli complex, completely renovated, retains all the charm and forms of the ancient structure with characteristic barrel and cone vaults and exposed stones. A new trullo has been added to the first complex, in full respect of Apulian rural construction.
The entrance is into a large living room with sofa, table and chairs, from which one goes to the kitchen made out of a deep alcove.
From the living room you enter the first double bedroom connected to the shower room by a corridor with an exposed chianche ceiling.
At the end of the corridor is the second double bedroom with en suite bathroom, obtained in the new trullo, which also has direct access from the outside so, if necessary, can be made independent and autonomous.
Doors and windows have newly designed blinds and mosquito nets on the windows.
Under a lovely gazebo is the outdoor kitchen with induction cooktop and dishwasher for outdoor operation, wood or charcoal barbecue.
A Piedi Scalzi nel Trullo is a property surrounded by an olive grove of over 15000 square meters, fully fenced, equipped with its own well with 15,000-liter cistern.

The trullo with pool and 4 beds for vacations in Puglia is located in the countryside of Latiano, in the heart of Puglia. The location makes it easy to reach by car the three cities of Brindisi, Lecce and Taranto, as well as all the most beautiful villages of the Valle d`Itria.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
