Terrazza Soleada by Wonderful Italy
Charming apartment with terrace and arched ceilings, in the magnificent old town of Ostuni.
The house spreads over two levels: on the first floor there is a living area furnished with a dining table, two sofas, a television and a fireplace, and a semi independent kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer and an electric stove. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
Through a staircase that starts from the living room, you can then reach the second floor where there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed that has direct access to the beautiful panoramic terrace overlooking the white and unique Ostuni.
Air conditioning is available free of charge.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Itria Valley. Its historic centre, blindingly white and immense, culminates in the Cathedral that impetuously dominates the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a crystal-clear sea. Its narrow streets, the Piazza della Libertà (30 metres away) and the column of St Oronzo that majestically protects the town are characteristic.
Its countryside extends into the heart of the Valle d'Itria. A few km away is Ceglie Messapica, a centre of tradition and enogastronomy, Cisternino, a village recognised as one of the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Egnazia Archaeological Park, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic centre and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while moving south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westwards there is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia and finally Matera, characteristic for its sassi and European capital of culture.
The nearest airports and ports are Brindisi (just over 30 minutes) and Bari (less than 1 hour 15 minutes).
