Villa Georgia is a pretty contemporary villa situated in a quiet and residential area on the prestigious Cap d'Antibes, within walking distance to the coast and beaches. The villa can welcome up to 6 people with its 3 ensuite bedrooms, an independent bedroom is available upon request, ideal for on-site staff or teenagers. The ground floor living / dining room opens onto a large terrace leading to the swimming pool. This lovely house has been tastefully decorated in a modern style and comes with air-conditioning.



On the ground floor, you will find the living room with fireplace and dining room opening onto the pool as well as a fully equipped open kitchen with an access to both terrace and pool. Then, on the upper floor can be found the 3 ensuite bedrooms which all have TV. the first bedroom has access to a small terrace and full en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has access to a large terrace wtih stunning sea views and en suite showerroom. The final bedroom is equipped with large walk in dressing and en suite shower room. Guests have easy access to the utility room across the hall with washer and dryer.



Outside, the inviting freeform pool is surrounded by terraces and sun loungers, and outside shower is available to guests.



The villa is equipped with high speed internet and WIFI throughout, Netflix and Sky TV, AC, security alarm and Weber gas barbecue.
