Settled in a 13-acre private plot of land, this captivating home lays in 120m² outdoor area and is embellished with a 60m² infinity private swimming pool (1,50 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ & Sink) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area.

The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.


* The ground floor Villa is accessible by wheelchair, however, the facilities and bathrooms are not specifically designed for wheelchair access.

Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts three bedrooms & two bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. This peaceful and stylish retreat boasts gentle interiors, as well as the home’s raw beauty takes on a refined, elegant role; modestly gorgeous and casually grand. The bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures.



The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds and one extra guest can be accommodated in the couch of the living room area. The maximum capacity is 7 guests.

Plakias is a popular tourist resort. Originally a very small and quiet fishing village, and it now offers a range of amenities, as well as is renowned for it’s natural beauty, providing all the facilities that a visitor could wish for. Along the main road of the village there are several supermarkets, bakeries, ATM machines, post office, a doctor’s office, restaurants, tavernas, cafes and beach bars while on the beach there are tamarisk trees, water sports, beach volley courts, snack bars and other shops offer a very wide range of products, including local and traditional goods. The beach is sandy and very well organised with sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, etc. The rocks surrounding the beach are ideal for fishing and snorkelling, as well. The road along the beach is also ideal for walking or cycling.


You will have the opportunity to visit the well known beaches of the South such as Ammoudi (6km - 10 minutes driving), Damnoni (4km - 8 minutes driving), Schinaria (8km - 15 minutes driving), Plakias (3km - 5 minutes driving), Preveli (10,5km - 18 minutes driving) and Souda (6km -15 minutes driving). The Villa is close to the most spectacular and unspoiled beaches and destinations of South Crete.
