Budget Ground-Floor Studio Apartment with Shower Room & Optional Parking
A compact and affordable ground-floor studio in a peaceful waterfront setting. The apartment features a private shower room and double bed set up. Just a few minutes’ walk from Norwich train station, major bus routes, cafés, restaurants, and bars. Optional parking available upon request. A practical and well-located base for budget-conscious travellers.
A team member will always be available to help with anything that comes to mind or additional unforeseen requests. We will do our best to deal with all matters quickly and professionally.
Find some of the biggest names on the high street in convenient locations just out of town or easily accessible by car. Riverside retail park is near the railway station and Norwich City Football Club. Many outlets, including Hobbycraft, and Matalan. Cathedral retail park - just outside the Norwich Lanes- has many shops. Further afield: Longwater Retail Park is located on the city's West side, on the A47. Shops include; The Range, Next Home, Argos and many more. The City centre offers even more restaurants, cafes, and bars.

This apartment offers Individual guests, groups, contract workers, & builders short or long-term accommodation within walking distance of local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. We have many city centre apartments with different bedroom setups. Please message us to discuss your rental requirements if they do not appear on the calendar.

Booking an apartment with parking is a must (if you have a car) unless you are willing to pay for a multi-storey car park during your stay in Norwich. Unless you are heading to the beach, about a 35-minutes drive away. Walking or e-scooter or pedal bike hire is the best way to see Norwich canal, walkways, hidden alleyways and historical gems, as many streets are pedestrian-only. Lots of free maps are available around town at tourist spots. The city also has a one way system that diverts traffic around the city centre and away from the pedestrianised street.
