The Space:

Kitchen space - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater for your stay. This includes breakfast bar, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven/hob and all the necessities to go with them. There is also a utility room off the kitchen with a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.



Living area - The living area has everything you need to relax; comfortable sofas, smart TV with and free wi-fi too. For those that want to dine in there is a small dining area.



Bedroom 1 - A cosy bedroom located on the first-floor bedroom is light and airy and features a king-size bed, TV, plenty of storage, make-up station and its own en-suite shower room and toilet.



Outside Space - A glorious private patio space with a covered seating area for alfresco dining, gas BBQ and sun loungers. Please let us know if you wish to use the BBQ - this must be used in the open air area of the courtyard.



Other Things to Note:

Please note we operate a contactless check-in via a key safe at the property. Guests will receive the check-in guide and key safe code 2 days prior to arrival.



An early check-in of 1pm is available for an additional fee of £10. Late check-out of 12pm is available for £10. Please request upon booking.



This is a strictly no smoking property.
