Château d'Humières - Casa Clementine

Casa Clementine is one of two houses in the grounds of the chateau. A 240 year old building newly renovated for summer 2023, it offers 3 double bedrooms and an attic room that sleeps 8, ideal for families or groups who want a fantastic space in a peaceful setting. Enjoy a BBQ in the chateau courtyard in summer and the huge open fire in winter, or dinner for 14 around the large dining table. The house offers around 250m2 of space and guests are welcome to walk and play in the grounds at the front of the chateau.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the gardens around the house and there are many walks to take. There is a lot of space for children to play outside, enjoy the BBQ and spend time with friends in the gardens at the front. Please do ask permission if you would like to visit the gardens behind the main chateau.

We love this house for the charm and amazing space to spend time with family and friends. The building is nearly 250 years old and is an amazing setting in peaceful countryside, surrounded by real "chateau life". The heating is by pellet stove (pellets provided), radiators and the grand fireplace which you should enjoy using in colder months.

You will find many attractions, walks and places to visit nearby and you should have a car. There are numerous supermarkets nearby - the pretty town of Hesdin approx 15 mins by car. La Cour de Remi is a beautiful restaurant 40 minutes walk from the house through the stunning countryside.

There is a Petanque/Boule court just outside the chateau, next to the village church.
