Great stay!

The house and the garden were cozy and social with lots of spaces for hanging out with groups of people. The kitchens were limited in utilities and the stoves were very slow, and there was no oven available. Overall a nice and beautiful hangout spot for larger groups!

It was a pleasure hosting this group of young guests. They were considerate, respectful, friendly, polite, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. They treated the property with great care, respected the house rules, and left everything clean and tidy. We truly appreciated their positive attitude and kindness throughout their stay. We would happily welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Beautiful house and garden just outside of the centre of Pula! Perfect for our group of 12 friends. Iva was such a lovely host, very welcoming and responsive with lots of local recommendations.

Glorious residence!

An incredible vacation that exceeded all expectations! ​This was our first trip to Croatia, and we completely fell in love with this amazing country! The beauty of the local nature, the crystal-clear sea, and the lush greenery are breathtaking. But what made our stay truly special was our villa and its wonderful hosts. ​We stayed as a large group of 11 people (7 adults and 4 children), and the house was absolutely perfect for us. The villa is very spacious, cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay for such a big group. The kids had plenty of space to play, and the adults could fully relax. ​A special thank you goes to the owner, Mrs. Iva! She is an incredibly sweet and hospitable woman who was always ready to help. We also want to express our gratitude to her parents exceptionally kind people who surrounded us with warmth, making us feel right at home. ​Highly recommend this villa to everyone!🫶

Glorious residence!

We loved Iva’s family villa - it’s a lovely spot and was perfect for our party of 9 girls. The family live in the same building and were so lovely and welcoming and helped us with places to eat and visit and with transport. We were a large group but we felt we had lots of space and freedom. There are two kitchens so there’s plenty of space to cook. The garden is really pretty and we really enjoyed hanging out by the pool. Everything was really clean and worked and was easy to use. In short I would highly recommend staying here!

Special place!

Iva is a very trustworthy and attentive host. The communication before arriving was fast and clear. The villa is located in a nice, calm and private area in Pula. We had lots of space and walked to/from Pula several times maybe with the odd Uber ride also. Iva also had very good restaurant reccomendations and we visited several from her list and we were very happy. It was nice having access to the pool and we mixed this with calm afternoons at the villa with boat ride and a rod trip to Porec. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Iva is a fantastic host!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit sehr freundlichen, lieben Gastgebern.Der Pool war das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Für Kinder und auch Erwachsene einfach toll, da der Weg bis zum Badestrand mit dem Auto etwa 15 - 20 Minuten beträgt.Die Außenanlage war sehr schön angelegt mit Grillplatz und einem Pavillon mit Gartengarnitur für ca. 10 Personen.Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Brilliant service!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Und gerade der Pool war für uns ein Highlight ! Dieser wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Sie waren sehr, sehr nette Gastgeber! Haben jederzeit schnell geantwortet und sind auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Sehr zu empfehlen, gerade für große Gruppen bzw. Familien. Gerne wieder! ☺️

Major-league holiday!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is incredibly charming and full of character, offering an authentic Croatian atmosphere that made our experience truly special. The pool and the garden are simply impeccable – beautifully maintained and the perfect place to relax and unwind. We had an amazing time here and will definitely be coming back in the future. Pula itself is a true hidden gem, surrounded by stunning beaches, picturesque coves, and fantastic beach bars. The city's rich Roman heritage gives it a unique spirit and atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our holiday!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in het huis van Iva. Alles was schoon en er waren meer dan genoeg plekjes om lekker te vertoeven in de zon. Iva en haar familie waren ook super aardig en behulpzaam. Zo hielpen ze ons bijvoorbeeld met barbecueën, de beste plekjes in Pula en brachten ze ons verse vijgen. Bedankt voor alles!

Glorious residence!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei Iva. Die Kinder waren nicht aus dem Pool zu bekommen und haben sich genau wie wir sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Gastgeber inkl der Eltern sehr nett, hilfsbereit und liebevoll. Gerne wieder!!!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Ich war mit 11 Jugendliche bei Iva untergebracht. Der Empfang war herzlich und wir erhielten bzgl. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants.....gute Informationen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, der Garten ordentlich mit genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten und der Pool in ausreichender Größe. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass uns das Gefühl vermittelt wurde, dass uns in dieser Woche alles frei zur Verfügung steht, obwohl die Vermieter im gleichen Haus wohnen. Iva ist stets auf offene Fragen eingegangen. Großes Danke nochmals, dass wir den letzten Tag bis zur Heimreise noch am Pool verbringen durften. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und ich kanns nur weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße Mirjam

Major-league holiday!

Wir konnten super früh einchecken. leider wahren die umliegenden Strände nicht zu fuß erreichbar. das haus war super, ebenso wie der Pool. im Pool war allerdings für meinen Geschmack etwas zu viel Chlor. die Vermieter wahren sehr nett und haben uns alles gut gezeigt und waren bei fragen jeder zeit erreichbar. insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne zeit in dieser Unterkunft. TOP

Special place!

Siamo stati a Villa Pula per una settimana in agosto ed è stato un soggiorno perfetto. La casa è ampia oltre che ben tenuta e fornitissima (lenzuola, asciugamani, saponi e gel doccia, accessori per la cucina, lavastoviglie, due lavatrici). Iva ci ha accolti con estrema gentilezza, dandoci preziosi consigli per spostamenti, gite meno turistiche e luoghi imperdibili da visitare. I genitori di Iva si sono preoccupati di tenere pulita la piscina e curare il giardino quotidianamente. A questo si aggiungono regali sfiziosi che all’occasione ci ha fatto trovare la famiglia di Iva. È stato come soggiornare a casa di amici.a
