Japandi is a Japanese style boutique apartment in the heart of Livorno.
As the name suggests, the Japandi style is a mix of Japanese and Scandinavian style influenced by the ancient Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi, or a lifestyle that values slowness, contentment and simplicity, as well as the Scandinavian practice of hygge , which embraces comfort and well-being.
Space
The apartment is located in the heart of Livorno in the Porto Mediceo area. The location is strategic both for its proximity to the port, for its proximity to the city center, and for its proximity to the Borgo district and
Venice known for the high number of clubs and restaurants.
The accommodation consists of a studio apartment where the modern living area is located with dining corner, sofa bed and TV. The TV is equipped with Smart-TV technology and it is therefore possible to use your Netflix and Amazon TV account.
The kitchen is linear equipped with a microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and ceramic induction hob where you can cook and entertain at the same time.
The room is created with a half-height separation wall that separates the double bed from the view.
The beautiful Scandinavian boutique-style bathroom features a shower with hydromassage and waterfall jets. The backlit mirror, the straw lampshade and the free-standing sink with black taps give the bathroom class and elegance.

Borgo district (2 min walk): The Borgo district owes its name to the convent of the Capuchin Friars who settled at the end of the 16th century.
Today the neighborhood boasts several restaurants and places to eat or drink. There is also the Porta a Mare shopping center where you can find shops, a supermarket and other services.
Venice district (5 min walk): The Venezia Nuova, known as the Venice district of Livorno is undoubtedly one of the places to visit in the Labronica city. Beautiful district crossed by canals, teeming with life, from dawn to dusk.
In the neighborhood you can find restaurants, clubs and small antique shops. In the Piazza del Luogo Pio there is the Modigliani museum.
The Mascagni terrace and the seafront (15 min walk): The Mascagni terrace is one of the most elegant and evocative places in Livorno and is located on the seafront on the edge of Viale Italia. It is a fantastic place for long walks along the seafront where you can admire beautiful sunsets.
