Immersed in four hectares of olive groves and surrounded by nature, the newly built Villa Sinfonia offers a unique retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in one of the most evocative corners of Southern Italy. Offering a peaceful atmosphere, this property can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The villa boasts a swimming pool with hydromassage and a large poolside area equipped with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and relax. The garden also features a large outdoor dining area with a large table and barbecue. If you want some peace and quiet, head to the furnished roof terrace, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding area.
It's possible to reach the SPA of the nearby Relais by foot with a short pedestrian path.
Flooded with natural light and accessible from the garden, the villa boasts a bright living/dining area from its very large windows you can admire the swimming pool with hydromassage overlooking the vineyard, two huge oak trees and a few hectares of land surrounded by characteristic dry stone walls. In the dining area there is also an open kitchen with a contemporary design well equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven. Offering a peaceful atmosphere, there are three double bedrooms on the ground floor of which one bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower, another complete bathroom with shower. In the basement you will find a laundry room and a guest toilet.
