When entering our home, you will have access to a private living area, with SOFA, TV & fully equipped kitchen which provides all the necessary amenities for preparing delicious meals, making it ideal for both short and long term stays.
Go out and find all the amenities, with the promenade and the beach at a walking distance.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

Taxis and car rentals are also readily available , providing guests with a convenient and flexible way to explore the island at their own pace. The main roads and highways in Malta are well-maintained and easy to navigate, making it easy to explore the island's many attractions.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During the lovely summer season, although he do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
