**Mauna Kea will complete their new gym, pool, and spa by October 2025. Existing pool will have some upgrades.

An exceptional lifestyle within the coveted Wai’ula’ula community at the legendary Mauna Kea Resort. This beautifully furnished Wai’ula’ula E201 is an exceptional top-floor condo offering an expansive 3-bedroom, 3-bath layout with 2,111 SF of air-conditioned living space and 253 square feet of covered lanai.

The indoor/outdoor living provides magnificent ocean, coastline, sunset, Kohala Mountain, and Maui views, providing an idyllic setting for year-round enjoyment. The condo has a spacious one-car garage with storage and one uncovered undesignated parking stall.

Uniquely designed with two ocean-view primary bedrooms and en suite bathrooms crafted from exquisite materials and fixtures, this condominium offers the perfect setting for families and groups. Third bedroom will house 2 queen beds (photos coming soon) for siblings and friends!

The gourmet kitchen, featuring cherry wood cabinetry throughout, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances from Wolf and Subzero, sets the stage for fine dining and entertaining. The large, covered lanai is equipped with an outdoor summer kitchen, including a Wolf BBQ and refrigerator.

Just steps to Wai’ula’ula's amenity center, owners and their guests can access a high-quality center with a full kitchen. Additional benefits include a fitness room, infinity pool, children’s pool, spa, recreational pavilion with a meeting room, outdoor BBQ area, and the availability of a large gathering room for private meetings or entertaining.

The owner is a member of THE CLUB so the OPTION of purchases in your own CLUB access is available at the annual rate.

Our villa was lovely, great views of the ocean, great chefs kitchen, an infinity pool and comfy beds! Though the weather was a bit iffy we still found so many things to enjoy while we were there.

Here's a short review for VRBO:"5-star stay at Mauna Kea! Our host was super friendly and responsive, making our Big Island getaway seamless. Travelling with 2 adult children and a partner so 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect. The condo was exactly as the photos shown and was clean and well stocked. We spent a lot of time on the lanai that has an ocean view and also great for sunsets. We all felt safe and the area was great for morning walks. Spent several days at both the Westin and Mauna Kea hotel beaches and pool which was nice to have access to (extra cost). If you’re looking for a great space with lots of room for family members or if travelling with friends this is a great choice. Would rent again.

This place is right next store to heaven. The condo is beautifully appointed and everything is top notch, yet casual and comfortable. You are a stones throw from one of the best beaches in the world, Hapuna beach. And 20 minutes down the road is world class dining. Go!!

Paradise on the Kohala Coast

This lovely home exceeded our expectations. We've been traveling to the Big Island since 1984 and this was our favorite stay. Comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated with gorgeous views. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai and preparing meals in the roomy, well stocked kitchen. Access to the Mauna Kea Resort and the on-site pool was frosting on the cake! Donna is a pleasure to work with and answered our questions promptly & kindly. Already looking forward to our next visit!

AMAZING PLACE at the Mauna Kea Residences.

This place was an amazing condo/house in the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Hapuna resort complex. Very spacious with amazing amenities. The pool/rec area within Wai’Ula’Ula area was a great bonus as the Mauna Kea pool is currently under renovation. Beds were very comfy and the I was really impressed by the tv/speaker setup in the living room. Great surround sound system and large TV. Great kitchen and grill area on the lanai as well. Highly recommend this place over staying at the main hotels themselves given the large space, amount of beds, and the ability to get premium Club Access to the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel.

Amazing Condo with Incredible Views!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo! We were impressed by how well-appointed and thoughtfully designed everything was. The high-end finishes and tasteful Hawaiian-inspired decor made the home feel both luxurious and comfortably inviting.The lanai quickly became our favorite spot—it's hard to beat those incredible views! Whether sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying a sunset cocktail, the scenery never disappointed. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (and more) to cook and enjoy meals together.The beach chairs and umbrellas helped make our beach days easy and enjoyable. It really felt like the home had everything we needed for a perfect trip. We’re already dreaming about coming back and would highly recommend this property!

Stunning property. The men in the family were over the moon with the HUGE flat screen TV in the living room. The decor of the property is not only very comfortable but very tastefully done. The balcony had a gorgeous view of the ocean and enough comfortable seating for our group. We spent most early mornings there enjoying the cool breeze and sipping our morning coffee there. Unit is close to the gorgeous pool 3-4 minute walk. Kitchen very well appointed - we lacked for nothing. Unit had everything we needed from soap, shampoo, conditioner in all bathrooms, laundry pods, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, etc. the only thing we had to buy were are own groceries. Groceries expensive - expect to pay double, sometimes more for same products on mainland. Suggest doing a shopping run at Safeway or Costco near the airport when you arrive. Donna was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again. We had an amazing time.

Mahalo! Yes, I have friends who literally load up one suitcase of food since they come twice a year. Costco is the route to go and for sure Safeway has special things since it's new. Mahalo for letting us host your stay!

We loved our stay at the condo. We’ve stayed in the area prior, but loved this particular unit for the view of the ocean from being on the second floor and the proximity to the pool and gym. The unit had all that we needed and the communication was excellent with the property manager. Thank you so much for making this a special and relaxing vacation!

Donna our host was fabulous! She gave us dining suggestions when our arrival to the condo ran late due to car rental issues and was always responsive to our inquiries or requests. The condo is as pictured. Gorgeous ocean views in an absolutely serene environment. The community pool/activity center is outstanding and the whole property is maintained quite well. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The outdoor lanai is peaceful for a morning coffee or an evening meal. The barbecue grill and all appliances are top notch. You really want for nothing in this unit and they provide the basics to get your stay started. The access to the Mauna Kea and Westin really puts it over the top as those two resorts have everything you could want to do during your vacation. We will definitely be back sooner than later.

The house was perfect for our group of three couples but can accommodate 8. It is as nice as the pictures on the website. Everything was clean. We enjoy cooking breakfast and dinner at the home. During the the day, we were out to explore the island. At night, we walked out to the hill on the property and lay on a towel to star gaze. The sky was full of stars. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We had a wonderful time, creating memories with good friends.
