Just a stone's throw from the mundane lakefront life with historic villas and restaurants, Gioia del Lago Lake Como is located in a charming, quiet residential area. You will be guests in a tastefully furnished apartment where art and nature intertwine with elegance and harmony.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle.
The cozy and spacious living room features a large library of art books, antique and vintage furniture and has a balcony with beautiful lake views.
Three bedrooms:
- one double bedroom with private bathroom (with shower);
- another double bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the lake;
- one bedroom with two single beds.

Gioia del Lago Lake Como can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
We are in a residential area and the owners want to keep a good relationship with their neighbors: we kindly ask our guests to respect evening rest.

We recommend arriving by car. There is free parking along the street about 300 meters from the apartment. From there it is an easy walk to the apartment down a pedestrian street under the charming porticoes of the hamlet.
