An oasis of peace with garden close to the sea and parking free

The house is perfect for a couple, a family or a group of friends. You can spend nice relaxing days, enjoying the beach. It has direct access to the beach, so no stress for parking!
It is also very close to the famous ancient Greek templi and to lots of buffalo farms houses!
The apartament is at the ground floor of a villa recently modernised with new furniture for kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms; the kitchen is fully equipped and we supplybedsheets and towels.
There are two tables where you can eat, one inside and the other outside in the garden.
The house has a garden with chairs where you can lay in the sun in total tranquility and relax.
The house has a private and free parking spot, so you have no worries to leave your car unguarded while spending the whole day at the beach!
Guests will be able to use the garden, the sea access and the free beach. Besides, there are several beach resorts close by.
I will personally receive the guests and explain the main things about the house and about Paestum,about restaurants,beaches and must-to visit places!
