Relax at our gorgeous 4 bedroom villa in one of the popular neighbourhoods of Kyrenia Town. There is plenty to see and do in the local area, which include some of the best beaches, bars, cafes, shopping and local supermarkets within easy reach.


There is an outdoor swimming pool onsite for your enjoyment as well as an outside barbecue area for dinning. We have plenty of sun loungers to relax by the pool.
This property has a wood fire to keep you cosy and warm during your winter stay.


As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the first bedroom, you will find a super king bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.
The fourth bedroom contains a double bed.
We have 2 x small foldaway sofa beds suitable for small children for larger groups who wish to stay.


There are 4.5 bathrooms.

The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower, located on the ground floor.
The second bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The third bathroom is ensuite and has a toilet and sink and walk-in-shower.
The fourth bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower/bath.
Located on the ground floor we also have a guest toilet and sink.


Linen, towels, shampoo, hair dryer, and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Baby cot and baby feeding chair can be provided free of charge on request only.


House Rules:

- Check-in time is 15.00pm and check-out is 11.00am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
- There is free parking on facility available at the property.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets/stray animals are not allowed at the property.
-Noise levels to be kept at a minimum at all times so as not to disturb the
neighbours.
-Only the amount of guests on the booking request are allowed to stay and the
property will be prepared accordingly for that amount of guests only.
