This is a luxury Barbados villa rental located in a prime position on Gibbs Bay, nestled in over an acre of beautifully landscaped gardens.

One of just six villas on the Emerald Beach development, it boasts three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, with two located on the upper level and one on the ground floor, each with a private patio offering stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and ceiling fans for added comfort. In addition to the exceptional beach and swimming facilities, residents have exclusive access to a large saltwater pool, ensuring a refreshing and relaxing stay.

Your rental includes the services of a cook and a maid/laundress service, 6 days per week excluding Barbados public holidays. Staff hours are 8:30 am to 1:30 pm & 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Each staff member has one day off a week.

There is also a communal security guard based on the Emerald Beach development for your peace of mind.

It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week, and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents, and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but as a result of sand deposition and erosion, changes may occur including a narrower beach and more rocks visible.

​​This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.
