Ashfield Place Farm is an exclusive country house set within six acres of private Suffolk countryside, ideal for large group stays, family celebrations and private retreats. Sleeping up to 28 guests across nine bedrooms, the property combines historic character with spacious living areas designed for gathering together comfortably.

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals for your group, or you may arrange a private chef experience while you relax. The dining room seats up to 24 guests, with additional tables available if required, making shared meals a central part of the stay.

The main lounge offers comfortable seating and a TV for relaxed evenings together, while a separate snug provides a quieter space to unwind. Four indoor fireplaces create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the house. A dedicated games room features a pool table, board games and a Bluetooth speaker, perfect for multi generational stays and celebratory weekends.

Accommodation is arranged across nine beautifully designed bedrooms sleeping up to 28 guests. Two bedrooms are en suite, supported by additional shared bathrooms to ensure comfort for larger groups.

Outside, guests have exclusive access to extensive gardens and private grounds including:

• Tennis court
• Large lawns ideal for outdoor dining, games and relaxing in nature

The gardens offer both space for lively gatherings and peaceful countryside moments, with many scenic spots perfect for picnics and outdoor relaxation.

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the house and surrounding grounds throughout their stay. The hot tub and tennis court are available year round.
