The flat, 80 sqm excluding terrace, just renovated, is located on the third floor of a nice condominium on the Lungarno of Florence. and consists of a wonderful living room with sliding glass windows that open onto the beautiful terrace. In the living room there is a comfortable relaxation area with two beautiful sofas (one of which is a comfortable double sofa bed) the dining table and the TV. The French windows with sliding opening give access to the terrace equipped with awning, sofa and armchairs, where you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. The living area is completed by a modern kitchen, fully equipped, where there is a table for breakfast and from which there is access to the service balcony on the back side of the house. The sleeping area consists of a large and bright double bedroom , a second bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed , a full bathroom with shower and a second full bathroom with bathtub , where there is also a washing machine . The flat is equipped with air conditioning , safe , wi fi . The neighbourhood is very well served : all the shops are a few minutes walk away as well as the bus stop which allows you to reach the city centre in a few minutes. The exit of the motorway Firenze Sud is easily reachable . The guests can use a covered parking lot in the basement, accessible through an automatic gate. To be noted : The heating is centralised and , being inside a condominium , the switching on and off times are not autonomous but follow the Italian regulations ( both for the daily times and for the date of switching on and off).
