We are very pleased to hear your positive comments regarding the cleanliness of the property, the well-equipped kitchen, the location, and the communication with our team this means a lot to us. At the same time, we would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused during your stay. As you mentioned, there was an unusual storm during those days, which unfortunately led to some unexpected leaks in the property. These issues only became apparent due to the extreme weather conditions, which are not typical in Lanzarote. Please rest assured that we are currently addressing and resolving these matters to ensure they do not happen again in the future. We are truly sorry that this situation affected your stay, especially as you had to spend more time indoors due to the weather. Regarding the refund, as previously explained, our policy states that refunds can be considered if the affected dates are rebooked. Unfortunately, the dates in question were not resold, and therefore we were unable to proceed with a refund. We sincerely apologise once again for the inconvenience caused and truly regret that your experience was impacted by circumstances beyond our control.
