Our rustico is an ecological green oasis located 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of western Sicily. Between sea and countryside, panoramic and relaxing, far from the city crowds, Villa Mythos is perfect if you are looking for a holiday home by the sea where you can breathe clean air and fully enjoy the summer season. Notice: to access the villa, you have to drive along an unlit private country road of about 650 meters which can be slippery if it rains. See "Other details".

Living area (ground floor):
- large kitchen with all accessories, coffee machine;
- large living room with fireplace and over 50-inch Smart TV.
A suggestive ancient arch made in the 19th century with local stone separates the kitchen from the living room. In the living area there is no air conditioning but there are fans.

Sleeping area (first floor):
- bedroom with double bed, large walk-in closet, air conditioner and balcony with sea/countryside view;
- bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, air conditioner and balcony with sea/countryside view (possibility to transform single beds into double on request by adding a topper);
- bedroom with queen size bed, single bed, wardrobe, air conditioner and balcony with sea/countryside view;
- two bathrooms with window and all sanitary fixtures + shower cabin.

Inside one of the two bathrooms there is also a washing machine.
You will have at your disposal everything you need for personal hygiene: bathroom courtesy kit, hairdryer, bathroom linen.

Patio: the area has a well-lit gazebo, table with chairs for eating al fresco, barbecue, swing, garden set. Ideal for an aperitif overlooking the sea!

Notice: In accordance with local tourism laws, the price does not include the tourist tax for the Municipality of Realmonte. The cost is 1 Euro per person per night for the first 5 nights of stay (children under 10 years old are free).

Our guests will enjoy totally free use of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach at the "Giallonardo Q" kiosk on the beach, 5 minutes from home.

- To access the villa from the main road, you have to drive along an unlit private country road of about 650 meters which can be slippery if it rains.

- As Wifi we provide a Webpocket so you can use it around the house but also take it with you if you wish.

- The villa is located in the open countryside, it is surrounded by one and a half hectares of olive groves and fruit trees. It is ideal if you love peace and contact with nature. Therefore we cannot guarantee that there will be no mosquitoes (although the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets). For that you will find Autan and coils already available and ready to use for you!

- The countryside that runs alongside the villa is not fenced. Your animal friends are welcome but you must be careful that they do not stray.

- Tourist tax in Realmonte: the municipal administration has established 1€ per person for each overnight stay up to a maximum of five nights.
