Villa Minerva has a sleek look and offers a diversity of possibilities. It is an ideal place to retreat from the hectic and daily grind. The villa has a phenomenal view over an extensive nature.
 
Just 1000 meters from the beach is the luxury 10-person wellness vacation villa with its own entrance gate to the driveway for five cars, surrounded by a garden with XXXL jacuzzi on no less than 1 hectare of garden with authentic scrubland and several terraces.

The vacation home Euphoria is an authentic farmhouse that has been converted into a real family home. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.

Outside you will find a spacious lounge set and a dining table with 10 chairs. You can rent the XXL-spa (swim spa) extra at an additional cost. The swim spa is 6 meters long and has the functionalities of a jacuzzi. Near the spa you will find an outdoor shower where you can rinse off before use.

The children can have fun outside all day by swimming, playing soccer or exploring the nature in the garden.

The pool house has rest areas, a shower and a sauna.

If you enter the house through the hall you will find a Green egg BBQ and in the closet the cushions for the lounge set and washer and dryer.

In the living room is a with XXL sofa and flat screen TV including Netflix, so you can watch movies and series of your choice with your own account. There is 1 gigabyte down and upload speed and there are Sonos boxes and Wifi amplifiers everywhere in the house. Of course, this home comes with a second living room with a gas fireplace where you can enjoy sitting.

The kitchen island and open kitchen is more than fully equipped including a large induction hob, oven, refrigerator and a dishwasher. The kitchen equipped with a Nespresso machine for a delicious cup of coffee.

The house is located between other vacation homes, so the following rules are intended to ensure everyone's vacation enjoyment:
-no use of the jacuzzi after 22.00.
-No music outside and after 22.00 no noise for the neighbors and surrounding houses.

-Our holiday home is for rent for tourist and/or recreational use only. Groups of young people are not allowed. House rules apply.

The property is located between other holiday homes, so the following rules are intended to guarantee everyone's holiday enjoyment:
-no use of the swimming pool (open from Easter until the autumn holidays) after 22.00.
-no music outside and after 10 p.m. no noise for the neighbours and neighbouring houses.



Order Breakfast?From 8.30 am to 10.00 am, we deliver a luxurious breakfast directly to your accommodation. Enjoy fresh rolls, a variety of brown and white bread, crackers, yogurt with granola and fresh fruit, boiled eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice, an assortment of deli meats and cheese, butter and sweet spreads.

What you need to know:

Place your breakfast order at least 24 hours in advance.

The price is €22.50 per person and is designed to feed an adult.

We require a minimum order of 2 breakfast portions.

If you do not want deli meats, please mention this in the comments field along with the name of your accommodation. You can indicate this, for example, with the text: 'Preferably without deli meats'.
