Getting Around:
It’s about 15-20 minute via train to/from the LUX International Airport. The main train station, Gare de Luxembourg, is just across the street from the apartment and a great way to travel around from home base. There are other means of transportation like the bus, Luxtram tram line, Webtaxi or you can pre-arrange your airport transfer by towncar. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!

Other Things to Note:
While there is a lift/elevator, we'd like to point out that there are a number of steps to climb before reaching the apartment.
High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens & bath towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.
Please note, there's often no supply of condiments like cooking oil, sugar, etc. so if you intend to cook at home you'll want to pick up what you need at the store and bring it in with you. And if you're a wine drinker, just note, there are no wine glasses. You may use a different type of glass provided or pick up what you need at the store and bring it in with you.
Long-term stays are welcomed with laptop-friendly workspaces in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveler.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- Parties are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate removal from the premises and a penalty of 500 euros. Please maintain a quiet environment out of respect for our community.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.

Cosy 4th-Storey Apartment with Courtyard Parking Space
We really enjoyed our stay in this 4th-storey apartment. The use of video by the hosting rental agency made the contactless check-in process quick and easy to understand. A bit more advanced communication about the check-in process would have been appreciated. Usually we have gotten contact from hosts about check-in 2 or more days in advance of arrival. This host sends a link the day of arrival, as a result I had contacted them prior to receiving the e-Mail. That said, they were very prompt in responding. The 4 for cleanliness is because of visible finger prints on the refrigerator and some dishes looking less than pristine. In this COVID era our expectations are that everything has been thoroughly disinfected, seeing smudges on things like the refrigerator and TV raises flags. Having just bath towels (sheets really) and no dish towels or even a dish rack (given the lack of a dishwashing machine) makes one suspicious of the cleanliness of the dishware and cooking equipment. Another issue was a very, very slow bathroom sink. If cleaners were doing a proper job things like slow drains should be addressed. So, check-in process is top notch. We found the location excellent (within about 1 km of Wentzel Walk area and other sights), convenient to train, public transportation and restaurants. The apartment is adequately furnished and even on the warm days we experienced, it cooled nicely at night with the windows open. While there was a through-wall heating/AC unit in the main living area, it didn't seem to give off any cool air, even when set to 17 C. Our biggest issue was that we did not have a key to a common area where the washer-dryer was located. A kind resident gave us access the first night while we worked with the host to get a key--which didn't happen during our 3-day stay. The result is the first 4-star score we have ever given a Premier Host--Sorry, but we need to be honest in our review. If the apartment had been spotless, there was a dish towel (or two) and a dish rack in the absence of a dishwasher, freely running drains and we had gotten access to the advertised laundry area (rather than having to find a self-serve laundry and incur the expense and inconvenience) the apartment would have gotten a higher score.
