Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 7 working days of your departure.

52 Greenway Drive, brought to you by Cottages On The Coast, is located on a small exclusive development between the popular surfing resort of Westward Ho! and Northam Burrows Country Park. This 4 acre site offers private access to Northam Burrows which is part of the UK's first designated UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and adjoins the Royal North Devon Golf Club. The Golf Club can rightly claim to be the cradle of English Golf. Founded in 1864, it is the oldest golf course in the country.

This prime coastal property is within easy walking distance of the beach and all village amenities including shops, pubs, restaurants and tea rooms. Perfect for a family holiday, the blue flag beach has a 2 mile stretch of golden sand offers an opportunity to enjoy surfing, wind surfing, kayaking and dog walking. If you would like a change of scene, there is so much to explore within easy driving distance, including the pretty fishing village of Appledore, the picturesque coastal village of Clovelly, the historic port town of Bideford and other beach resorts of Croyde and Woolacombe.

The postcode is EX39 1FG. Leave the M5 at Junction 27 (Tiverton turn off) and follow the A361 towards Barnstaple and Braunton. On the approach to Barnstaple take the A39, signposted Bideford/ Bude. Follow this road for approx. 9 miles and cross the Torridge Bridge. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit to Appledore/ Westward Ho! Pass the signs for Northam and Appledore off to the right and continue along the road down toward Westward Ho! This road eventually becomes Atlantic Way. Once in Westward Ho! take the second right onto Beach Road and at the bottom turn right onto Golf Links Road. After the approx. 400 yards just before the Royal North Devon Golf Club, turn left into Greenway Drive. Once on Greenway Drive, take the first left and follow the road round towards the far end of the estate. Number 52 will be located on the right hand side, with a designated parking bay for 2 vehicles.
