A few steps away is the tram stop n.2 which will take you to Piazza del Popolo in a few minutes, from where it will be easy to reach all the most important places in Rome such as Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese, Pantheon.



The house is on the second floor with a lift (you need to climb 20 steps), has an entrance, a living room with a double sofa bed (140x190 cm), table and chairs, Smart TV, a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, a bathroom with shower.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (master bedroom), free Wi-Fi internet connection, heating, hairdryer, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron, cot, towels and linen.



The neighbourhood is full of bars, restaurants and pizzerias. The supermarket is a 2-minute walk away.

From the apartment in 6 tram stops you can reach Piazza del Popolo, one of the most central places in Rome, from where it will be easy to reach all the most important places in Rome such as Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese, the Pantheon.

From Piazza del Popolo you can take the 628 bus which in 13 minutes will take you to the heart of Trastevere, to Piazza Trilussa.

At Piazza del Popolo you will also find the Flaminio metro station on Line A which will take you to St. Peter\'s and the Vatican in a few minutes.



The apartment is accessible from the Fiumicino or Ciampino airports by train or bus to Termini station and from there take the A (red) metro line to Flaminio and then tram n.2 for 5 stops to the Tiziano stop.

Or from Termini station you can take bus n. 910 to the Flaminia/Reni stop.

On request, it is possible to have a private transfer service that can take guests directly from the airport to the apartment.



Tourist tax of €6.00 per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) per person (not applicable to children under 10) to be paid in cash on arrival.

For arrivals from 8pm to 11pm, there is an additional cost of €30 to be paid in cash on arrival. After 11pm check-in is not possible unless previously agreed and subject to availability.

For stays of more than 20 nights, the cost of electricity will be paid according to consumption at a price of €0.40 per kWh. For stays of more than 20 nights, a utility deposit of €150.00 is required to be paid in cash on arrival.
