Cozy and spacious beachfront apartment at Durban South Beach

Beachfront holiday apartment. Self-catering studio apartment. Perfect for group vacations, friendcations and family getaways. Great place for sharing, bonding, connecting with each other and just have fun. Home away from home experience. A skip and jump to the beach, 1-2 minutes walk literally.

The apartment has two double beds and accommodates four guests. An extra bed is included for a possible fifth guest, specifically a minor under the age of 12 years. We dress our beds with fresh set of white linen and offer fresh clean sets of towels. Beach towels are offered on request.

Our open plan also has a cozy corner with a two-seater couch and one seater sofa and a chair, dedicated as a sitting area. There you also find a TV and WiFi. The kitchen has cabinets, nook with granite top and high chairs. It is equipped with a fridge, microwave, mini stove, toaster, and a kettle. Cooking and serving facilities are also available. The bathroom has a spacious shower, basin, and a toilet.

Laundry services are offered by prior arrangement at a cost. Daily cleaning services are offered at an extra surcharge.

The building offers access controlled entry, 24-hour security cameras, and an elevator. Our guests do self check-in and check-out by means of code to access & leave keys in the lockbox facility.

Situated on the famous Golden Mile Promenade and is 1.0km to Ushaka Marine World. Only 5 minutes away from SunCoast Casino, 6 minutes drive to ICC International Convention Center and cinemas. Approximately 4.0km to Moses Mabhida stadium. Access to local shops and food outlets. Local restaurants deliver food to our Marlborough apartments. Uber and Uber eats a dial away. Local shuttles are also available. King Shaka International Airport is only 30 minutes away.

To add to your experience/s is the 3-hour tour around with the Durban tour bus, very affordable (R100 for adults, R51 for kids), water sports, boat hire amongst other things. So come and enjoy yourself.
