Bright and welcoming small villa with garden, nestled in the heart of the Macari reserve, just a stone's throw from the sea.



Casa Nino represents the ideal starting point to enjoy peace and silence thanks to its strategic location, in an unspoilt nature with direct access to the sea. The villa is surrounded by a large garden and a terrace, equipped with a dining table and sunbeds, the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or an aperitif at sunset with a view of the Egadi Islands and Erice.

The house, finely furnished and recently renovated, opens onto the living area, consisting of a comfortable sofa, a television, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster. The sleeping area has two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds. A bathroom with a complete shower completes the layout.

Renowned seaside resort in western Sicily known for its crystal-clear waters, the San Vito Lo Capo area is considered one of the most beautiful internationally, also thanks to the proximity of places like the Gulf of Macari, the Zingaro Reserve and the Gulf of Castellammare.

In particular, the Zingaro Nature Reserve will captivate guests: it is a protected natural area where native flora and fauna coexist in harmony, characterised by 3 trails (coastal, mid-slope and high) embellished by numerous small coves, where crystal-clear water takes centre stage. For this reason, we suggest bringing a mask and fins to fully enjoy the splendid seabed that the reserve offers.

The Gulf of Macari, located just 5 km from San Vito, is also absolutely not to be missed: here too, the sea has wonderful shades waiting to be discovered.

Just over 30 km away is Erice, an ancient Phoenician and Greek city, perched at 751 m high on the mountain that bears its name. Defended by walls, the city is a labyrinth of streets with two faces: the sunny and bright one of warm summer days and that of winter days, when one has the feeling of having arrived in a place outside of time.



The Palermo Falcone Borsellino airport and the Trapani Vincenzo Florio airport are reachable in about an hour by car.
