The property is all on one floor, it is very comfortable and has plenty of amenities that will make you enjoy a relaxing and charming holiday. When you arrive at your destination you can drive your car into the property where there is a parking area. Once you enter the property you will find the living/dining area which leads to the pool area, the terrace/lounge and the rest of the house which is on the same level. The fully equipped kitchen has a large window that communicates directly with the dining room. In the night area there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a third bedroom with two single beds. Having the day area and the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one floor makes this house very comfortable and convenient. Its decoration is conventional and combines with the architecture of the building, which together with the surroundings of the swimming pool and solarium will make you enjoy an unforgettable holiday. The location of La Paliane, situated in the centre of the Costa Brava, will help to make your stay even more pleasant. The house is situated in the municipality of Calonge next to the mountains of Les Gavarres. From here you will find the best beaches and coves of the area just 5 km away, as well as the best mountain routes from the house itself. The area offers endless possibilities for sea and mountain tourism activities with an exceptional offer of adventure sports, nature, shopping, commercial centres and an innumerable offer of the best gastronomy in the area, with a diversity of Michelin-starred restaurants as well as local and international gastronomy.
