Perched above the coastline in the Cerro Gordo area of La Herradura, Villa Cerro Gordo is a spacious private villa offering open Mediterranean sea views, generous outdoor living and a calm, elevated setting surrounded by nature. Designed for guests who value space, privacy and relaxed coastal living, the villa enjoys light throughout the day and long, uninterrupted views across the sea.

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and is arranged over multiple levels, allowing groups to enjoy shared spaces while still maintaining privacy. It offers four ensuite bedrooms, all with sea views, creating a comfortable and well-balanced layout for families or groups travelling together.

Within the main house, two bedrooms are located on the first floor, while a third bedroom sits on the main ground floor, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom, located on the upper floor, features a walk-in wardrobe and direct access to the shared terrace on this level. In addition to the ensuite bathrooms, the villa also includes two separate guest WCs, one on the upper level and one on the lower level.

The fourth bedroom is located in a separate pool-level annex, positioned behind the sunbed area and accessed via its own private entrance. This suite offers a more independent feel and is ideal for families travelling with older children or teenagers, or for guests who appreciate additional privacy. The room includes a double bed and an additional bed that converts into a double-style sleeping arrangement. The ensuite bathroom is accessed from inside the annex and can also be accessed directly from the pool terrace, making it practical during the day.

The main living areas open directly onto the pool terrace through large patio doors, creating a natural indoor-outdoor flow. The kitchen opens straight onto the terrace and pool area, making it easy to enjoy relaxed meals throughout the day. By the pool, a shaded dining area with an awning provides a comfortable space to eat or unwind, while at the far end of the terrace near the annex there is a dedicated gas barbecue preparation area with an additional fridge, ideal for outdoor cooking.

The private swimming pool, approximately 18 metres in length, is not heated and offers plenty of space for swimming and cooling off during the warmer months. The pool terrace forms the heart of the villa’s outdoor living space and is complemented by a ping-pong table and a small selection of gym equipment for guests who like to stay active.

Private, closed parking is available for one car, with additional street parking available nearby. Peaceful, elevated and quietly confident, Villa Cerro Gordo is well suited to guests seeking sea views, privacy and effortless outdoor living in a natural coastal setting.
