Studio apartment of 40 square meters located in the historic center, just few minutes from the Central Train Station and Via Indipendenza.

The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator, the area is well served by public transport and convenient to reach the major points of interest of the city.

Despite the small size, the spaces are designed to offer you a pleasant stay. Our apartment will amaze you with its intimate atmosphere.

In the living area you will have a kitchenette complete with everything you need, table with stools, TV and sofa bed. The double bed is placed in a very bright adjacent space, where there is a separate curtain.

The bathroom is complete with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine.

You will have high speed wifi internet and air conditioning.



Check-in is possible only from 3PM.

Instructions for key collection will be sent on the day of check-in. The instructions will be provided ONLY IF you will complete the online check-in, through a link that we will send you by email the day before your arrival. You will be asked to enter your personal information (the communication of guest information is MANDATORY in Italy for security reasons).



No smoking, not available for parties or events, pets allowed with extra cleaning, please contact the host. Observe silence from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 22:00 to 9:00.
