Villa Serenity 2 is a 4-bedroom detached villa in the higher Kiziltas area of Kalkan, offering breathtaking views of Kalkan Bay and the Islands beyond. The villa boasts four bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests and has a private pool, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends. A baby cot and high chair can also be provided if required.
With Air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, Villa Serenity 2 is a 5-minute drive/taxi ride to Kalkan’s old town and harbour area. A supermarket is conveniently located approximately 10 minutes walk from the villa.
A flight of stairs leads to the ground floor pool terrace from the open fronted garage space at street level.
Ground Floor
The entire ground floor is occupied by an open plan living area that opens directly onto the pool terrace and enjoys the same stunning sea views. The lounge area includes two sofas, one armchair, coffee table, full length mirror and a flat screen TV, and doors lead out onto the pool terrace. A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and utensils, including filter coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine, kettle, and microwave. The indoor dining area has a table that seats up to eight people comfortably.
First Floor
Two double en-suite bedrooms are located on this floor and share a large furnished balcony running the full width of the front elevation with stunning panoramic views of Kalkan and the Bay beyond.
Second Floor
The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds and share a separate bathroom on the communal landing and have direct access to the sea view roof terrace .

Villa Serenity 2 has an infinity pool measuring approximately 7.5m x 3.5m (1.6m deep) with ladder steps, 8 sunbeds with side tables, 2 large parasols, comfortable seating group and a swing chair from which to enjoy the stunning Kalkan Sea views. In addition there is table football for guests' entertainment . A covered shady dining table with seating for 8 guests and an adjacent stone-built bbq provides an excellent setting for alfresco dining whilst enjoying the panorama beyond. .
Villa Serenity 2 is one of two identical villas located side by side, the other being Villa Pana. If both villas are available, large families can book both properties and enjoy a joint holiday while still having their own private spaces.
