Calan Bosch’s lively marina with a good selection of restaurants and bars and the beach, are just under 5 minutes' drive away or a pleasant 25 minute stroll away. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Sol I is located in the area of Cap D´Artrutx, where you can enjoy a beautiful 15 minute seafront walk to the lighthouse and a nearby restaurant with spectacular views – a perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea. The popular resort and beach of Calan Bosch are just a 5 minute drive or a pleasant 25 minute stroll away. Here, you’ll find the picturesque marina with its waterside bars and restaurants. The bustling port of Ciutadella, known for its historical architecture and charming views, is also worth a visit and is just a 10 minute drive away.
