This stylish ground-floor apartment is located in Fuengirola, within the exclusive Med One complex in El Higuerón, and enjoys a strategic position with beautiful sea views. The building offers lift access and includes a private parking space for your convenience.



The apartment is non-smoking and fully equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a television.

The modern kitchen comes complete with dishes and tableware, as well as all major appliances, including an oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

The sleeping area includes 3 well-appointed bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2 single beds, and 2 pull-out beds. Comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.

El Higuerón enjoys a prime elevated position with panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra de Mijas mountains. This neighbourhood is known for its modern, high-end properties, including luxury apartments, penthouses, and townhouses.

El Higuerón offers many restaurants on the coast and is close to Fuengirola and Benalmádena for shops, beaches, and nightlife.

Torreblanca and Carvajal beaches — the coast and sandy beaches are a short walk downhill from Med One.

The complex typically has internal pedestrian access and paths/garden areas, so walking is convenient for nearby points within the property and to the beach.

The nearest regular train service is the C-1 Cercanías Malaga line at:



Carvajal station — reachable by a downhill walk or a short shuttle/travel from El Higuerón.

The C-1 train line runs along the Costa del Sol, connecting:

Fuengirola ↔ Torremolinos ↔ Málaga Airport / Málaga city



You can use it for longer trips up and down the coast (e.g., to Benalmádena, Málaga city).
