Located 8 min drive outside the charming town of Loulé, 5 min to nearest supermarked and 15 min to the beautiful Algarve beaches, everything is within reach from this tranquil villa.
The outside area is perfect for the good life; swim a few laps in the pool, or simply just enjoy a drink and cool off in the sitting corner of the pool. Make your own pizza in the built-in pizza oven while your friends or family can support you from the sofa or bar in the covered bbq-area. A perfect spot to sit and watch the sunset.
Take a walk in the garden where you, depending on the season, can pick figs, oranges, lemons or just flowers to put in the vase on the table.
Help yourself to some rose peppers from the tree to season your dinner or cut some of the fresh herbs from the garden.
The vegetable garden is embellished with vegetables such as courgette, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, watermelon, basil, and well.. everything you can come to need in a delicious sallad. All of them home-grown with only water, good soil, and the Algarvean sun.
Whether you have spent the day on the beach, on the golf course or been out all day exploring the beautiful scenery of the Algarvean country side , to come back to CdM to wind up the rest of the day is simply divine. So divine that you probably decide to just stay there the next day(s).
Casa das Margaridas is the perfect place to stay all year round. In the hot summer months, you can turn on the air conditioners installed in all bedrooms to make sure you are comfortable at night. During the cooler months, the possibility of turning on the under floor heating and/or to put some logs on the fire place, guarantee a comfortable and warm atmosphere inside.

The accomodation has A/C in every bedroom, a fan in the living room , and a portable A/C unit.

Guest Access:
You have a private entrance and full access to the villa during your stay. No one will enter without your knowledge.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a wonderful part of the Algarve country side, close to the town Almancil and MAR Shopping where you can find everything you need. In Loulé, also close by, there is a typical, Portuguese market every Saturday. Fresh vegetables, meet and fish of course, but also wonderful hand made things to keep as a memory. When you arrive you will be checked in and we will gladly spend some extra minutes to tell you more about all the wonderful things there are to do in the area, and in Algarve as a whole.

Getting Around:
Its great to take walks or bike rides in the region to fully get a grasp of the beauty it hold, but we strongly recommend you to rent a car.
We can also assist you with all information about car rentals and offer you our trusted partners so you can rent quality vehicles with excellent service, for a good price.
The only thing you need is a code provided by us after the reservation is concluded.

Portugal is peaceful. You see the solitude and peace of the Ocean and countryside and of many territories like Algarve, Alentejo, Sintra, Douro, Geres and many many other beautiful regions.
The main thing about Portugal is that there is no need to constantly fill your life with something, there is no want to feel the “buzz” around you. It is a country for peace, for quietness and reflection, and this is translated into the wines, food, coffee breaks, hikings, natural adventures, stunnig views that take your breath away and SO MUCH MORE. In Algarve for example nothing is rushed, everything takes its time. There is time to breath and its natural! People have time to seek, to experiment, to enjoy.

What is especially nice about travelling in Algarve region is that all the crowds you usually encounter in other regions in Europe are abscent and this is worth GOLD! At least for now, while Portugal is still a relatively under the radar country. Many europeans haven´t really discovered Portugal - yet.
In the summer it is lovely, hot and dry and a recommendable time to visit all the hundreds of beaches. But if you want energize yourself for seeing wide parts of the country aim for all months except June, July and August. Aim for the sweet spot between April and June, or join in on the festivities of the harvest and green Algarve in October to March.
In autumn and winter, there can be a bit of rain, and then the Algarve looks like " swedish green summer" The landscape gets so much character and charm. There is a big upside though to winter traveling through Algarve and other parts of Portugal. You will most probably be the only foreigner around. Somewhat of a dream if you ask us.
