PROPERTY RULES

No smoking

No parties or events

Groups under 30 years old are not allowed.

No pets allowed on the property

Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am

Do not exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 6 guests (children included)

It is not allowed to leave garbage or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged

In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation, without the right to a refund



TOURIST TAX

Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.

Certified Ecolab cleaning products.

Bed and bath linens washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.
