The town of Solarino is located 165 m above sea level, about 16 km away from Syracuse. The origin of the small town with a population of about 8,000 inhabitants is still unknown. Blooming and peaceful fields surround the town, allowing a relaxing holiday in the Mediterranean countryside. For all those looking for the waves of the sea, the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche and a beautiful rocky coastline are less than 24 km away from Solarino.

The elegant and comfortable Villa Eureka is an independent house located about 2 km away from the centre of Solarino in an absolute quiet and typical Mediterranean landscape. The child-friendly villa with Sicilian flair is in a completely fenced property of approximately 5,000 m² and offers comfortable facilities inside as well as outdoors.

The outside area adds further comforts to the house. In front of the villa there is a cozy gazebo with seating facilities and table, from which you can see the lush lawn. Directly in front of the outbuilding there is another pavilion with seating facilities and a stone table. Here, sitting comfortably, you can either dine alfresco or watch your loved ones swimming and playing in the private pool (12x6 m, open from 01/05 to 30/09), which is equipped with a springboard and a slide for children.

Near the pool there is a small veranda with barbecue. A dressing room with shower, toilet and washing machine are also available. Near the pool, separated by a fence, there is a garden with lemon and orange trees, whose fruits guests can taste depending on the season.

Shaded and comfortable parking inside the property. For the duration of the stay, a rental car is recommended. Two bicycles are included in the price. A scooter can be rented upon request depending on availability.

Interior of the main building:

The villa offers a living space of about 160 square meters for up to 6 people, which is divided into two separate buildings (the main building of 120 sqm / 4 people, and the dependance of 40 square meters / 2 people).

The one-story main building of the villa offers elegant furnishings for four people and is equipped with all comfort. Through the main door you reach a pleasant bright glasshouse with seating facilities, music system, TV, projector with movie screen and a glass table.

Once you leave the glasshouse, you enter another bright and elegant space. On the left side there is a beautiful kitchen with electric oven and microwave, which overlooks a cozy living room. The living room offers dining table, fireplace, sofas, satellite TV with x-box and air conditioning. The sofas offer idyllic seating facilities by the fireplace, from which you can see the well-kept Mediterranean garden that surrounds the house. Espresso machine (classic espresso maker) available. Two steps lead to the other rooms of the main building. A traditional Sicilian double bedroom with ceiling fan, a bedroom with twin beds and air conditioning and a bathroom with shower, tub, toilet / bidet. WLAN and toys for children are also available to guests.

Interior of the dependance:

The outbuilding of about 40 sqm is about ten meters away from the main building. It is functionally furnished and has a bedroom with a double and a single bed. The room is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan and wood stove. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet.

If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up), 50 € are required for this extra cleaning.
