• Two roomy double bedrooms, one with with super comfy king size bed and built-in wardrobe and the other one with a double bed



• Open-plan lounge featuring a comfy sofa & Smart TV (don’t forget your Netflix password)



• Sleek, modern kitchen with ample space for dining and entertaining



• Plenty of kitchen appliances, including oven, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and kettle



• Contemporary bathroom with relaxing shower and bath



• Complimentary WIFI juice! Plug in, the wi-fi is on Frankie.



• Because size matters, your apartment is a generous 600 SQ FT - plenty of wiggle room to work and twerk



• Chillax and enjoy our complimentary crisp, clean bedding and towels



• Welcome pack of snacky snacks – tuck into complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival



• Ditch your dishcloths! Because travelling with J-cloths is never a good look, we’ve provided all your cleaning essentials, including washing and dishwasher tablets.

A welcome pack of bed linen, towels, toiletries and supplies are provided at check in and on a weekly basis for those staying longer than 7 nights.

- There is NO lift.

- The apartment is located on First Floor.

- This home has a centrally managed heating system.

- This home doesn't have air-condition units but we can provide fans during summer periods if necessary

- Maximum occupancy is 4 people.

This neighborhood is compact and easy to navigate, so you'll never have to worry about getting lost (unless you want to, of course - we won't judge!). And with its charming streets and picturesque buildings, walking is definitely the best way to soak up the local vibe.



But if you're feeling a little lazy (hey, we've all been there!), there are plenty of other options. You could hire a Boris bike and cruise around the city like a local. Or if you're feeling extra fancy, you could hop in a black cab and let the driver whisk you away to your destination. And of course, there's always the trusty tube - with Marylebone station just a stone's throw away, you can easily access all the major sights and sounds of London.



So whether you prefer to stroll, cycle, or ride, getting around Marylebone is a breeze. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride!

• For your convenience this is a self-check in property and keys are in a lockbox is located outside the building

• Check-in details and access code will be emailed to you the day before arrival

• To stay toasty, your apartment has a centrally managed heating system

• The apartment doesn't have air-conditioning. Several of the windows open and if it warms up in the summer, we’re happy to provide fans, just let us know

• Maximum occupancy is 4 people

• We’re committed to ensuring your apartment is safe and sparkling clean and maintain rigorous cleaning processes across all our properties.



Frankie’s No-Nos



It’s a pleasure to have you stay, and while we’re live, laugh, love about most things, all guests are asked to follow Frankie’s no-nos:



• No Smoking - smoking indoors is not allowed anywhere in the apartment for Health and Safety. Please smoke outside of the apartment and dispose of any cigarettes carefully.

• No Parties – we know you’re here to have a good time but let’s be clear, strictly no parties allowed.  

• No Pets – we love fur babies but sorry, no pets allowed, not even small ones.

Check-in: Rock up anytime from 3pm onwards – the lock box is located five minutes from the apartment

Check-out: 10am (Frankie Says…set your alarm! Accidentally dozing off and checking out later means you may be charged an extra night.)

Great Location

This flat is in an incredible location. So many restaurants, cafes, and shopping within the front door. The place was very clean and well supplied. For 3 ladies the bathroom Was small and shower/tub challenging to get in and out, but would not deter us from staying there again.

Marleybone…the perfect place to stay.

We loved staying in this 2 bedroom flat. The location is perfect, walkable and close to two tubes. The flat has great space and is well appointed. Check in could not have been easier. Marleybone is a wonderful neighborhood with great shops cafes and restaurants. You’ll be close the Regents Park, The Wallace Collection and Oxford Street.

Great Location!!!

Furnishings were poor quality. Bathroom was small and poorly laid out. TV is broken. Location was absolutely perfect!
