Located in a quiet street in the elegant Pinciano district of Rome, close to the beautiful public parks Villa Borghese (5 mins walk) and Villa Ada (15 mins walk).
Well connected with Rome center by public transport: 15 mins to Piazza Barberini, 20 mins to Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain.
“Coppedè” district (a mix of Liberty, Art Decò and Baroque style buildings), is just 6 mins walk away.

The apartment is ideal for those who are looking for a comfortable, relaxing and elegant location to visit Rome.
The master double bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom (sink, toilet, bidet, shower and big angular bathtub for two and a walk-in dressing room. The other double bedroom has a work desk. The second bathroom has the sink, the toilet and the shower.
The ample living room is split in two areas: the actual living room with a huge sofa and the smart TV and the dining zone with a dining table for six.
Finally there is the large kitchen and the laundry room.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV, autonomous air conditioning, autonomous heating, kettle, oven, microwave oven, nespresso machine, wash&dry machine and dishwashing machine.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 150 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
