Cozy and spacious apartment with lake view in the countryside, in the village of Civenna.



The apartment, located on the first floor of a house, spreads over two floors and opens onto the living area, furnished with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave, a kettle, a juicer, a coffee machine and a toaster. This rooms also boasts an access to the terrace with lake view. Upstairs guests can find the sleeping area, consisting of one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Among these treasures stands Bellagio, "The pearl of the Lario", a village of just over 3000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, in which the two branches of the Lake are divided.

Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.



Bellagio and the pier are just 7 kilometers from the apartment while Bergamo Orio al Serio airport is a 1 hour and 30 minutes drive.
