The Space:

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Aloha, all the amenities anyone could need are right on the doorstep. You could walk easily to restaurants, supermarkets, the glamorous nightlife of Marbella and lots of sporting facilities.
Aloha Gardens is built in 1992 and the resort consists of nine blocks with one, two and three bedroom apartments, duplex apartments, penthouses and townhouses.
The urbanization features three large swimming pool areas to enjoy during the summer season. There are immaculate gardens surround the properties, which are designed with paths and waterfall features to create an exotic and relaxing feel.
Getting Around:
Most people who are visiting Marbella are using a car to get around.
Marbella has a lot of variation. See below for some recommendations:
- Puerto Banus: shopping, nightlife, cinema, the well known harbor, many bars and restaurants : 4 minutes away.
- Marbella: old town, shopping, beach, many authentic Spanish bars and restaurants: 15 minutes away.
- Fuengirola: shopping center, beach, water park: 45 minutes away.
- Golf Courses: many options within 10 minutes.
- Gibraltar, beautiful island: 60 minutes away.
- Ronda: 60 minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
6. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
7. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
8. Because of the water shortage in Andalucia, it is not allowed to refill swimming pools. For this reason, they might be forced to close the pools. Sorry for the inconvenience.

TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.
