Villa Tina is a stunning Tuscany 7 bedroom villa, enjoying 360 degree views over the Chianti countryside. It is immaculately presented and all the furnishings and fittings are of an exceptionally high quality, making this a very special place to stay. Within walking distance of the nearby village, it's also extremely close to major Tuscany cities such as Florence and Siena.

The Space:
The current owners acquired this Tuscany 7 bedroom villa in 2014 and subsequently spent four years restoring it. The result is simply exquisite, impeccably furnished and cleverly infusing the very best of contemporary design with some beautiful original features. All the restoration works have respected the environment too. The hot water, electricity and heating all use clean energy sources including geothermal and solar energy.

This Tuscany 7 bedroom villa is laid out over two levels. The main access is on the first floor of the villa. Here, guests enter into a large entrance hall. Also on this floor, there is a large living area and a spacious, open plan and well equipped kitchen. This is perfect for keen chefs with a 7 burner gas hob, double oven, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, coffee machine and ice maker. French doors lead from this room to a large terrace with outdoor table and chairs perfect for al fresco dining. Finally there is a WC on this floor.

On the ground floor of this Tuscany 7 bedroom villa, there are three double bedrooms. Two are bedroom suites with ensuite shower rooms (one of which also has a jacuzzi bath tub) whilst the other is a double bedroom also with ensuite bathroom. A short flight of stairs takes you to the other floor where there are four double bedrooms, all with ensuite shower rooms.

Outside this Tuscany 7 bedroom villa there are spacious gardens to enjoy along with large stone terraces on which to relax in the company of friends and family. There is a 16 x 6 metre private swimming in a secluded upper part of the garden. This is open from 1 April to 1 November each year. There is also an indoor pool for guests to use should they be visited during the colder months of the year.

The Neighborhood:
This Tuscany 7 bedroom villa sits on a larger 20 acre estate where there are two further villas. (Two of the three villas were built during the 16th and 17th century as farmhouses whilst the third one is a new and modern project.) Each is completely private but should guests need additional sleeping capacity, Villa Tina can be rented with the other properties to provide accommodation for up to 37 guests in total.

The villa sits on a hill just below the ancient village of Panzano. It is less than a kilometre walk to the village. Florence is just a 22 mile drive away whilst Siena (the city of the Palio) is just 20 miles away. The charming medieval hamlets of Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Castellina, Radda, Greve in Chianti and Impruneta are also just a short drive away. The setting is spectacular, enjoying 360 degree views over the Chianti vineyards and olive groves.

Please note that rates include utilities, heating and air conditioning costs. The only additional cost is a 2.5 euro per person per night tourist tax which is payable locally in cash on arrival. Rates also include a change of bed linen on Wednesdays (and on Saturdays for stays of more than 1 week). A daily cleaning service of 4 hours per day is also included in the rate (excludes Sundays).
