Stylish apartment located in the heart of Kensington. 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, open plan kitchen & spacious living area. The shops and restaurants of Kensington High Street are right on your door step, with Whole Foods only a 2 min walk! Kensington Palace & the beautiful Kensington Gardens, London Design Museum & Holland Park are all a short walk away. Visit Harrods by taking a 10min bus ride, or take a quick cab ride to the South Kensington museums (V&A, Natural History etc)!
The apartment has two good size double bedrooms both with excellent storage and en-suite bathrooms. On the top floor there is a spacious reception room with open plan kitchen, with integrated appliances including a washer/dryer. There is plenty of space for entertaining and there are wonderful views across to the tree-lined street and church.

Catch any bus across the road to go to Notting Hill.

LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
LONGER STAYS: For stays 14 nights and longer, complimentary cleaning may be provided. Details to be confirmed after booking
BABY COT - A baby travel cot (also known as a `pack and play`) and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice.
*Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down between 10pm and 8am
*No house parties
*No smoking allowed
*No pets allowed
*Please remove your shoes inside the property
*Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed beforehand
*Please do not move furniture

*Failing to return keys to the key box will result in an extra fee of £90
*Losing a set of keys will result in an *£150 charge to get them replaced. (*The penalty charge may be more if we need to get the locks changed.)
We provide our guests with a `home away from home` experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £500 if any of our house rules are broken.
