This stone-built villa sleeps up to 8 guests in fully air conditioned and spacious interiors that are well furnished following the Mallorcan style with all modern comforts included. The main living area is located on the ground floor, there is a comfortable lounge (with sofas and satellite TV), a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a full self-catering holiday, a large dining area and a family bathroom. The 4 bedrooms are located on the upper floor, (2 doubles and 2 twins) together with 2 further bathrooms. Outside, offers amazing shaded terraces, gardens with a lawn and mature trees (measuring 40.000 m²), pleasant furnished areas and guaranteed endless relaxation. The private swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds and parasols for the guests to enjoy and a barbecue is provided for grilled meals and dining alfresco on the terrace. Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
