Detached Bungalow, with private garden in a quiet rural village location, close to the Sea with many visitor attractions locally - the Whale and Dolphin Centre, many golf courses, The Whisky Trail, the Castle Trail, The North East 250, cafes & Fochabers Ice Cream Parlour within easy access to the lovely Moray countryside and coastline, cycling or walking the Speyside Way, or into the Cairngorms.
The space
There is a concrete ramp and rail leading up to the front door and a level entry front door into the spacious hallway, which leads into a large lounge where you can relax after a busy day sightseeing. The family kitchen is well equipped providing everything you would have at home and offering a kitchen table or a dining table for formal or informal dining. There is a sitting room off the Kitchen /diner offering further seating area with a view of the garden. Both lounge and Sitting room have a riser/recliner chair available. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and an ensuite shower room, and 2 further bedrooms with twin beds in each. One of the twin bedded rooms has two static height profiling beds. The family bathroom has a bath as well as a level access shower with half height doors and a full shower curtain and grab rails on the shower walls.
Guest access
The price is for the house and garden rather than individual rooms.
There is one rear bedroom and the garage which is unavailable for use and will be locked.

Other things to note
There is a keysafe at the rear door into the Utility Room, accessed from the rear of the car port. This enables Contactless Entry and Self Check in and Check out.
