The cottage was wonderful, just as portrayed. We were a little up from the water but the lake was very accessible with a short walk down the driveway. Andre is the perfect host. Very caring, making sure everything is to your liking, and great if you have a problem or just a question.

As described a neat, comfortable cottage in a quiet, waterside location. For us (seniors) a bit like stepping back in time (but with Wi-Fi) to vacation cabins we once knew. The location feels rural, but shops and sights of Sturgeon Bay are at hand and the rest of Door country is a pleasant drive away.

Vintage Cabin Accommodations on a Beautiful Property

The cabin is rustic in a good way and meets all of your needs. Wonderful sunsets, the property is great with a stocked fire pit, volleyball net and plenty of seating. The location is both convenient and quiet.

Very nice cozy cabin feel. The cabin was spotless and a fantastic location. Great sunsets on the Bay side of the lake. The host was extremely personable and kind. Went out of his way to be sure that we were pleased with the accommodations. I would definitely return again to this location.

I don't think our cottages have ever been referred to as tiny though we've always wanted to expand the size of the cottages. When compared to some of +2000 to 5000 sq ft Door County log cabins or cottages, our cottages would be considered small. Perfect cottage experience in Door County

Close enough to Sturgeon Bat for quick access to the city, but far enough out of town for peace and quiet. Cottages have been kept up quite well and are very clean. Easy check in and check out. We had a great couple of days here!

It was about a year ago that we added a higher quality router to increase the Wi-Fi signal strength but the signal might not be as strong at times. Door County's geography, with its area's Niagara Escarpment, bluffs and dense tree cover, sometimes makes maintaining a strong signal challenging. We had a fantastic experience at this Sturgeon Bay cabin in Door County. The cabin was neat and clean, and our hosts were truly exceptional – very nice and attentive throughout our stay. The host even came by to see if we needed any more towels midway thru our stay. The view of the Bay was beautiful. It was a comfortable and enjoyable retreat, and we'd definitely love to return!
