WE OFFER TO OUR GUEST THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL AND THE GARDEN (you will be the only user of the garden and pool).
6 hotel style sunbeds and an outdoor shower are available around the pool.
The property is placed on a hill offering amazing views of the sea and the nearby city of Cagliari.
The ground floor apartment has 3 bedrooms (one large master double bedroom and two twin bedrooms all air conditioned), a dining room with sofas, TV, fireplace, eat in kitchen, fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine, 2 bathrooms (one on suite to the master bedroom) with glass shower enclosure, vanity, toilet and bidet.

A car is recommended for carrying grocery, explore some of the most wonderful Sardinian beaches (like Villasimius, 30 minutes drive from the villa), visit Cagliari (20 minutes drive) with his many museums, old town castle, Roman amphitheatre and other many archaeological sites, if you like nature you can visit mountain parks such as Maidopis or Monte Arcosu, heavily forested with abundant wildlife. Following some cases of air conditioning abuse, the first 80 Kw per week of electricity are included, the extra consumption will be charged at current provider price (as per last electricity bill).
